How do I contact Stoke?
Email stokeday@gmail.com. We reply within 2 business days.
How much is Stoke Pro?
Pro is $29.99 a year. Refer 3 friends who buy Pro with your link and it’s $14.99 a year for you. There’s no monthly plan. See Stoke Pro.
What is the Crew plan?
Crew is $79.99 a year for 4 people. You pay, then invite 3 friends with a link or by email. All 4 of you get full Pro while your Crew plan is active. If it ends, everyone in the crew loses Pro at the same time.
How do I invite or remove people from my crew?
Open Settings and go to Your crew. Share your invite link or send an invite by email. To remove someone, tap Remove next to their name; their spot opens up and your invite link changes, so the old link stops working.
I joined a crew but I also pay for Pro. How do I cancel mine?
Joining a crew doesn’t cancel your own plan. Open Settings and tap Manage billing to cancel it. You keep your own Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you keep Pro through the crew after that.
How do I cancel Stoke Pro?
In the app, open Settings and tap Manage billing. On the web, go to Settings in your account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I delete my account?
In the iPhone or Android app, open Settings and tap Delete account at the bottom. On the web, log in at stokesnow.com, open Settings and tap Delete account. If you can’t sign in, email stokeday@gmail.com from the email on your account and ask us to delete it. This deletes your account and data (profile, saved spots, alerts, phone number, Ask Stoke history, check-ins and logged days) and cancels Pro bought on stokesnow.com.
Why isn't my alert arriving?
Alerts are part of Stoke Pro and go to the email on your account. Check your spam folder, and make sure the alert is on in Alerts.
How do I sign in?
Use Continue with Apple (iPhone and web), Continue with Google, or your email and password. On Android, use Google or email. On the website you can also leave the password empty and we’ll email you a one-time sign-in link.
How does Stoke use my location?
Only when you tap Near me on Spots (resorts are sorted by distance on your phone; your location isn’t sent to us) or confirm you’re at a resort when you send a rider report (we only keep a yes/no “at the mountain”). Never in the background, and never saved to your account. See the privacy policy.
What is Riders today?
Quick reports from people at the resort: a rating, the snow, the lines and things like “lot full” or “chains checkpoint”. Anyone signed in can send a report from an open resort. Seeing the reports is part of Stoke Pro. Reports are anonymous taps: no names, no locations.
How are scores made?
Every score comes from public forecasts, snowpack, roads and our crowd estimate. How scores work explains the formula. Scores are estimates.
Stoke is made by TREKA LLC, doing business as Stoke.
